SHARING SMILES ONE MEAL AT A TIME
We started this years ago when we were out dining at Gregg's restaurant in East Providence Rhode Island. I saw an elderly couple across from us that reminded me of my grand parents. I thought it would be nice to pickup their meal and I asked the manager for their check explaining to him I would like to remain anonymous.
When they were finished eating, the manager explained to them an anonymous stranger had taken care of their check and gratuity.
They were shocked , and started looking around to try to get an idea as to who could of done such a nice thing.
The manager explained it was just a random act of kindness.
The couple got up to leave and simply said out loud to the room "Thank You for your kindness stranger"
This brought us great joy, and we have been doing it ever since
We are hoping this will catch on
Be on the look out for our calling cards!
